I have been interested in the world of design since before I can remember and have always found myself at home with the industry of interior design. I find myself interested in the characteristics of all design styles and enjoy the challenge of designing a space in a style and concept that I have not yet created before. I use practical ideas without losing a sense of creativity and enjoy having my skills tested.
I am ambitious and imaginative yet attentive and disciplined. I work well in a group environment and feel that teamwork is a great way to not only meet other talented people but also a way to create intriguing and spectacular designs.
Good schooling, true passion and hard work are the foundations to exciting design.

-Interior Designer | Contracted Designer
As contracted Interior Designer for Corinne Gail Interior Design I work with principle designer Corinne Gail as well as with clients on current design projects, both remotely and in person, by going on site visits and measures, drafting and designing floor plans (AutoCAD), product selection, installations, and updating and maintaining social media for the company.
Responsibilities:
• Floor plans, space planning, elevations, RCP (AutoCAD)
• Material selection and specification
• Maintain and promote social media: Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Blog
Ethan Allen INC., February 2012 – January 2013
-Interior Design Consultant
Working as an Interior Design Consultant for Ethan Allen I work closely with my clients to help transform their ideas and inspirations into a well-designed and cohesive space that not only provides them with the function that they need but the aesthetic appeal that they want. Once I have created the prefect design for my clients I must present my ideas and solutions to them in a way that allows them to visualize their space. Once a project begins I must follow through with my clients by providing updates on timing and deliveries and provide assistant during installation to ensure their room is completed and finished perfectly.

•Selection and design of custom furnishings and accessories – Upholstery, Case Goods, Window Applications, Flooring, Lighting and Accessories
•Provide design presentations to display my ideas and concepts to my clients
•Work with a range of computer applications that allow me to best display and present my work to my clients (Photoshop, Sketch-Up, Interiors Plus [Ethan Allen Floor Plan System and Furniture Rendering Program], Microsoft Office)
Salty’s at Redondo, April 2004 – February 2012
-Sales, Banquet and Floor Manager
Working as the sales, banquet and floor manager I am responsible for ensuring that each customer in the dining and banquet rooms embrace the Salty’s experience. As the banquet manager, I work closely with potential customers to promote our banquet facilities. Once the banquets are scheduled and booked, I ensure that our banquet space is designed, organized and setup for the specific needs of each individual customer. Other duties include preparing the restaurant for day to day operations.

• Work closely with vendors to place orders and rentals for banquets

Interiors Northwest | January 2009 – June 2009
-Interior Design Intern
Working at Interiors Northwest has given me hands on experience in the interior design industry. I worked closely with the design team on their recent and ongoing projects, helped to update their resource catalogs and inventory and performed general office tasks. I attended all client meetings and helped to update drawings and plans in AutoCAD.

• Contact vendors for updates with catalogs and inventory
